Step into the world where imagination rules.
Bubu & Lulu mix-and-match blocks allow kids to stretch their imagination by shuffling around faces, arms, legs and outfits.
Bubu & Lulu Toys is a Social Enterprise company that works with the UNRWA Rehabilitation Centre in Jerash (Gaza) Refugee Camp that works to provide long-term sustainable employment to a deaf carpenter, Hassan, to generate a fair income through his craft. We specialize in creating and safe handcrafted wooden toys for kids.
Bubu & Lulu has partnered with Local designers to create beautifully designed toys that bring back the basics to children toys.
Who's Bubu & Lulu?
Bubu & Lulu toys were founded by Noora Sharrab and Rania Turk with the goal to help generate a stable income for a disabled deaf carpenter, Hassan at the Rehabilitation Centre in Jerash Refugee Camp. When they first started, they had both just given birth to their kids; Noora's first son, Baby Iyad was nicknamed "Bubu" and Rania's first daughter, Baby Layla, was nicknamed "Lulu" - and they thought what better but to dedicate the name of the company after their children. And this is how Bubu & Lulu Toys was born.
Bubu & Lulu Toys is a small humble team that operates out of Amman, Jordan and Toronto, Ontario (Canada). Every product is handmade with absolute care with the goal to help raise awareness and a fair income to disabled boys and men in the Jerash Refugee Camp (also known as Gaza Camp) in Jordan.
